What is the USB-C PD Plug option? Do I need it?
The USB-C PD Plug is a high wattage wall plug that is necessary for the MagSafe charger to deliver its fast charging speeds.

If you already own a quick charge plug that supports USB-PD, you don't need to purchase one. But if you have a standard phone charger, you'll need to buy a 18W USB-C PD Plug from us, or the MagSafe charger will not work.

The USB-C PD Plug supports fast charging speeds up to 4X times faster than conventional chargers.

Is the charger MagSafe compatible?
Yes, it has MagSafe compatibility.

Do I need a MagSafe Case?
If you don't have iPhone 12 or 13 series, you'll need a MagSafe case or a magnetic ring. MagSafe cases are available for all iPhone models starting with iPhone 8, the first iPhone model with wireless charging compatibility.

You don't have an iPhone? Don't worry. Use the magnetic ring. Just place the magnetic ring on your phone or phone case. The magnetic ring will make any smartphone that has wireless charging compatible with our MagSafe chargers.

Do I need a MagSafe case if I have an iPhone 12 or 13?
The iPhone 12 and 13 series have MagSafe technology built-in, so you don't need a MagSafe case. If you do have a MagSafe case with your iPhone 12 or 13 series, it will still work, of course. But it's not needed.

Don't place credit cards, passports, security badges, or key fobs on your wireless charging pad because this might damage the magnetic strips or RFID chips in those items. If you have a case that holds any of these sensitive items, remove them before charging or make sure that they aren't between the back of your device and the charger.
