Common indicator behavior
- A light appearing after connection usually confirms that the product has power.
- Flashing can indicate charging activity, battery level, pairing or an issue depending on the model.
- A light turning off after a period of time does not always mean charging has stopped; some products dim or switch indicators off automatically.
If the light is flashing unexpectedly
- Remove the device from the charger.
- Check for metal objects, cards or accessories on the charging surface.
- Reconnect the charger to a suitable wall adapter.
- Allow the device and charger to cool if they feel warm.
- Place the device back in the correct position.
