Preventing unnecessary waste
We don’t include a power adapter as standard. If you already own a suitable one, you can keep using it instead of receiving another.
Check each product’s power requirements and “What’s included” details before ordering. If your existing adapter isn’t suitable, choose one that meets the product’s requirements.
Giving returns another life
A return doesn’t have to mean the end of a product’s useful life. We inspect returned items and refurbish those suitable for reuse.
The aim is simple: keep usable products in use instead of discarding them unnecessarily.
Responsible packaging
We work to reduce unnecessary packaging while keeping products protected in transit. Using only what is needed is part of that approach.
Reuse packaging where you can, and check your local recycling guidance for each material.
