How do I charge my devices?
Snap your MagSafe-compatible iPhone onto the power bank for wireless charging. For wired charging, use a USB-C cable or Lightning cable depending on your device.
Will it work with my non-MagSafe case?
You can use wired charging with a suitable cable. Wireless charging requires a phone that supports Qi charging, correct coil alignment and a case that does not obstruct charging. A suitable magnetic case provides attachment; it does not add wireless charging to an unsupported phone. Remove wallets, cards and metal plates before charging.
How long does it take to recharge the power bank?
The 5,000mAh version takes around 2–3 hours. The 10,000mAh version may take closer to 4–5 hours using a fast USB-C charger.
Can I charge two devices at the same time?
Yes! You can wirelessly charge one device while charging another via the USB-C output at the same time.
Is it safe to bring on a plane?
Pack power banks in carry-on baggage, never checked luggage. Check the watt-hour (Wh) rating printed on your unit and your airline’s current limits before travel. Airlines may also limit the number carried and their use or charging onboard. Protect the power bank from damage and short circuits, and do not travel with a damaged or recalled battery.
